You are entitled to a new replacement battery of the same type at no charge subject to any applicable installation charges or delivery fees.

What is the Mobile Installation Process?
You can book online or call/chat and we dispatch a installer straight to your location. Most of the time the fee is included in the price and there are no other fees except taxes. If the driver is close enough there is no mileage fee. If they are farther away there is a nominal mileage fee.
When will my mobile installer be there?
Most of the times we have a mobile provider using our applications and we will inform you of Estimated Time of Arrival, when they are arriving, and you can communicate directly with them just like Uber or Lyft.
